Reset student passwords

You’ll probably use this guide quite a lot. Thankfully the process of resetting your student’s passwords couldn’t be easier.

1. From your Dashboard, go to the ‘Students’ page.
2. Click the options action button (three dots) next to the class, group or individual student.
3. Click the ‘Reset Passwords’ button.
4. A download will start with the user_details.pdf file containing a new temporary password for each student.
5. Save this to your computer.
6. Ask your student to log in with their username and temporary password.

Students will be asked to set a new password when they first log in.
