Create and manage tags

Tags help generate much greater insight into your student’s results over time by allowing you to categorise and filter assessments into their logical groups, such as numeracy, literacy or daily tests.

To create a new tag:

  1. From your Dashboard, go to the ‘Assessments’ page.
  2. Click on the ‘Tags’ button, located on the right side of the options bar.
  3. Check that the required Tag does not already exist.
  4. Click on the ‘Create new tag’ button.
  5. Give the tag a label.
  6. Click on the ‘Create’ button.

To modify an existing tag:

  1. From your Dashboard, go to the ‘Assessments’ page.
  2. Click on the ‘Tags’ button, located on the right side of the options bar.
  3. Find the required tag and click on the edit icon next to it. (The search field can be used to help find the tag).
  4. Modify the tag label.
  5. Click on the ‘Save’ button.

The tag will be updated on any assessments that use it.

To delete an existing tag:

  1. From your Dashboard, go to the ‘Assessments’ page.
  2. Click on the ‘Tags’ button, located on the right side of the options bar.
  3. Find the required tag and click on the edit icon next to it. (The search field can be used to help find the tag).
  4. Click on the ‘Delete’ button.

The tag will be removed from any assessments that use it.
